Every store starts at Tier 0 ($0 Free Forever). As your store processes orders during your 30-day billing cycle, you unlock usage incrementally: 0 to 15 orders: Free ($0); 16 to 99 orders: +$9.99 (Total: $9.99); 100 to 299 orders: +$9.00 (Total: $18.99); 300 to 499 orders: +$9.00 (Total: $27.99); 500 to 999 orders: +$18.00 (Total: $45.99); 1,000 to 1,999 orders: +$18.00 (Total: $63.99); 2,000 to 2,999 orders: +$36.00 (Total: $99.99); 3,000 to 4,999 orders: +$50.00 (Total: $149.99); 5,000 to 10,000 orders: +$50.00 (Total: $199.99). You are never locked into an expensive upfront plan—you only pay for the volume milestones your store actually crosses that month. When do usage charges apply?
Usage charges apply incrementally only once your store crosses the monthly order volume threshold or added revenue threshold for that tier (whichever milestone is reached). If your store stays within 15 orders and $1,000 in generated revenue, you pay $0. At the start of every billing cycle, counters reset to 0.
What happens at the end of each billing month?
Your order counters automatically reset to 0 at the start of every 30-day billing cycle. If you experience a seasonal dip or quiet month, your tier drops and you automatically pay less. You are never locked into an expensive contract during slow periods.
What is GMV, and do you take any commission or percentage of my sales?
